He lived between 18,000 BCE and 16,000 BCE (reference stardate −200/00 to −180/00) on the planet Botchok. P'tak's journals described the difficulty of capturing an Orion alive, but also attested to how useful an Orion could be in the field of agriculture once "broken in". P'tak claimed to be one of the first slave-owners to arm his own slaves with weapons as a defense against raiders from other settling species, an action that would escalate to dangerous levels until finally curtailed by the Treaty of Kammzdast.
