- The dragon axe was introduced along with the Dragon sword and the Heroes' Guild during first release of RuneScape members content, and it has only ever been available to RuneScape members. This axe is made of Dragon metal and cannot be made using the Smithing skill. There are no monsters that drop this weapon. Although it is named an axe, it cannot be used for Woodcut. In RuneScape 2 it was renamed the Dragon battleaxe to better match its attributes.
- A Dragon Axe is an axe found in both Golden Sun games. It can be purchased in Lunpa in Golden Sun, and in Apojii Islands in The Lost Age.
- The dragon axe is obtained as a rare drop from Dagannoth Rex, Dagannoth Prime and Dagannoth Supreme, which inhabit the Waterbirth Island Dungeon. It can also be obtained from a supply crate, which is obtained after earning at least 500 points during the fight against the Wintertodt.
- The Dragon axe is tied with the Inferno Adze for the best axe available in terms of its ability to cut wood. It is a members only tool. As with all axes, it is both a weapon, requiring 60 Attack to wield, (like other Dragon weapons) , and a Woodcutting tool, requiring 61 Woodcutting to use. It is a rare drop from Dagannoth Rex, Dagannoth Prime, or Dagannoth Supreme, all of whom inhabit Waterbirth Island. Currently the price for the Dragon Axe fluctuates between 1,600,000 coins to 1,800,000 coins.
- The Dragon Axe (ドラゴンアクス Doragon akusu) is an Axe that appears in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade and Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. Like its name suggests, this axe inflicts effective damage against dragon units, and similar to its other dragon-slaying weapon counterparts, possesses high Might. Combined with its decent Accuracy and light Weight, the Dragon Axe is thus very effective in defeating dragon-based opponents. The Dragon Axe is analogous to the Wyrmslayer and Dragonpike.
