It had set the basis by making all hard strikes to be as lethal as possible, and all quick movements to be Supersonic, and later on, Hypersonic in speed. Blasts would soon become popular, and basic naming of moves (Ex. High Power Energy Wave) was created for classification. Nothing too fancy. King Cold was slightly interested in having this system learned during brutal training regiments to make sessions even more brutal. It was the Ginyu Force and Cooler's Armored Squad that brought up the idea of adding in uncommon techniques to make it more adaptive. The end result was to mostly fire projectiles like an Aircraft, (Or a Gundam, you decide) and less emphasis on melee was common for most Saiyan Warriors, who primarily used it for fun, or a last resort if the opponent was close enough.
