Es un explosivo altamente inflamable y embriagante que Phil guarda siempre en distintos almacenes. Posiblemente sea altamente inflamable por su alta graduación alcohólica. Por manejar este explosivo, Phil pierde un brazo. El Boomshine aparece en varias ocasiones en los juegos de la Saga Grand Theft Auto, sobre todo en los que ocurren en Vice City, también en los que transcurren en Liberty City, por otra parte, Phil aparece para vender armas únicamente.
