Nashime lives in Yamataikoku as the co-leader with his sister Himiko and half-sister Kaguya. When his sister entered into the Room of Rites to stop what was causing a deadly cold spell and disease four years ago. The disease and cold stopped after 3 days and 3 nights since she entered. Nashime becomes the only person to enter the Room of Rites, hearing his sister give out instructions on how to properly take care of the village. He cares deeply for his sister and attempts to acquire the Four God's Jewel to replace the need for his sister to pray, but returns from the trials with nothing but wounds. Defeated he decides to send in Miko, priestesses, under his sister's instructions once every year to ease the amount of praying she is required to block the disaster of the town.

With the help of the player and group, they discover that his sister wasn't ever inside the Room of Rites, but a Kamikui called Ahriman. No one was found inside the altar other than his half-sister Kaguya who was this year's Miko. Saddened by the fact that somewhere in his heart he knew his sister must have been dead since she disappeared into the Room of Rites he takes up the heavy duty of running Yamataikoku by himself and allows his half-sister, Kaguya to travel with the player and others per her request.
