Kelvingrove won the league championship the following year, the first of their two Canada Cup's. They proceeded to add another in 1934. Kelvingrove also enjoyed success in both of the country's cup competitions, the Mitchell Trophy and the President's Pucks. They won the Mitchell Trophy in 1931 and 1934 and shared the President's Pucks with the Glasgow Mohawks in 1933. They struggled with the Scottish National League's shift to semi-professionalism toward the end of the 1930s, recording increasingly poor results in the three national competitions. After a difficult 1938-39 season, Kelvingrove folded.
