Under the Constitution of the Soviet Union, The President is the Head of State of the Red Kinights. His/ her responsibilities will be to the people, Cabinet, state, foreign affairs, and threats both domestic and foreign. The President shall be charge with the responsibility of guiding the Red Knights in all situations. The President does not hold the right to vote on any Red Knights Cabinet vote however, the President may vote in the result of a tie. The President has right to veto any decision made by the Red Knights Cabinet unless all Cabinet members have voted to support a motion.
