He has recently been assigned as head of security for the testing of the prototype of a Flying Suit that will take place at Ventura Air Force Base. Mallory plans to steal the prototype of the flying suit. In his position as head of security, Mallory is able to manipulate people and events in an effort to take the suit and sell it to the highest bidder. He believes it is worth millions of dollars, and is willing to stop at nothing to steal the prototype, even if it leads to murder.
