This is used by both hiker's and commuters, it is promoted by London's 33 councils and The City of London Corporation in partnership with the Greater London Authority and Transport for London which was completed in 2005, broken down into 15 sections passing through green areas of unrban and suburban London. This starts at the Woolwich Foot Tunnel but the nature of the route means that it can be started or finshed at almost any point.
