The Fleet of Federation and Rights of Calling was one of the largest Covenant Fleet of the Covenant Navy dated in 2551. Supreme Commander Rag'Velthrol was incharge of the entire fleet along with his second in command: Rtas'Vetrum who was trusted by High Prophet of Regret and gave his one large objective to attack an ONI Colony named Kobol. When the Fleet of Light and Autumn was destroyed, this Fleet immediately arrived in slipspace and crushed nearly a thousand of UNSC Vessels. But after the Fall of Kobol, the Fleet suffered many casualties and destroyed ships. From 483 vessels dramatically raised down to 58 vessels.
