Thunder Road are an American Rock Band from Red Bank, New Jersey. The band members decided to form the band in June 2009 and was signed by Junction Records in May 2010. It's reported that they are set to start writing material for their debut album but they have stated that they won't be rush releasing their debut album. Max Armstrong said that the band wants to go on tour in support of another band before they release their debut album. It's been rumoured in the press that Thunder Road could be the potential opening act for 4th Street Band during their USA tour between August - November 2010.
