  • A vampire-like Batton that latches onto Mega Man and drains health from him.
  • A Met with a flame atop its head with the appearance of Fire Man.
  • A small robot that pops in and out of bottomless pits.
  • A hot-air balloon that Rompers use as transportation in Clown Man's stage. The balloons and the basket can both be attacked individually.
  • A cannon enemy found in the introductory stage that hides underneath fake palm trees and tries to ambush Mega Man should he get close.
  • A large flying whale-shaped airship that drops things. Drops Metalls in Tengu Man's stage and ice blocks in Frost Man's stage.
  • A thorny bush that can only be destroyed with Flame Sword.
  • A giant crab-like boss fought in the introductory stage. Is protected with a large shell-top and attacks with its claws and bombs. Mega Man must use Mega Ball to lift the shell in order for Yadokargo to be damaged. Astro Crush will destroy it instantly.
  • Small, red soldier robots that can latch on to Mega Man and drain his health.
  • A giant, ice-themed combat robot created by Dr. Wily using the several leftover parts used to create Clown Man.
  • A revised version of a Metall, a robot with an indestructible helmet that negates any shots fired at it. Only vulnerable when it lifts up its helmet.
  • A ceiling robot capable of producing puddles of sticky slime that can immobilize Mega Man. Potom No. 1 is stationary, while Potom No. 2 can move along the ceiling.
  • A Chinese dragon-like enemy, found in Tengu Man's stage. Consists of several tail segments and its head; attacking the tail segments will make the Cline move faster and pursue Mega Man, and attacking the head will destroy it outright. Comes in two colors: blue-and-pink and green-and-orange. Green Clines self-destruct after being damaged enough; Blue Clines do not.
  • A Shield Attacker with a face of an Oni.
  • A bird-like robot that appears in endless swarms.
  • A statue that shoots fireballs at Mega Man.
  • An ice-skating, rabbit-like enemy.
  • A giant Telly that drops a barrage of exploding bombs.
  • Dr. Wily's hovercraft. Uses dark energy to attack.
  • An ammonite-like enemy, found in water stages. Will attack Mega Man with its tentacles if he gets close. When attacked, it rolls over terrain until it falls to the ground and explodes.
  • The sub-boss of Sword Man's stage. A mechanical robot that shoots fireballs. Its weakness is a red jewel that is only vulnerable when the boss opens itself.
  • A green gorilla-like robot that throws spiked balls at the player.
  • A Sniper Joe that behaves in the same manner in Mega Man. Occasionally throws a grenade at the player.
  • A large train-like enemy found in Clown Man's stage. Can be ridden on by standing on it. Flame Sword is the only Special Weapon capable of destroying it.
  • The sub-boss of Clown Man's stage. A giant bouncing disk with a grinning lion's face that occasionally releases smaller versions of itself.
  • A Bunby Heli that has separated from its Bunby Tank body.
  • A black gorilla-like robot that throws boulders at the player which can be used as platforms. If a boulder is already on the screen, then the Gorigro will toss bombs instead.

  • An electric-elemental, clown-like robot originally used at an amusement park, but was stolen and remodeled for combat by Dr. Wily.

  • A space-themed robot originally built to work on a planetarium, but Dr. Wily modified him for combat. One of the four Robot Masters built to protect the barrier to the "Wily Tower".

  • A machine that dispenses an infinite amount of slow crawling, worm-like robots from the ceiling. Only the worms can be destroyed.

  • A large, translucent green Devil that serves as the main boss in the third Wily stage. Attacks by dismantling itself and changing into various forms to hurt Mega Man. Its eye is its weakness, but the boss's face must be damaged enough in order to attack it.
  • A large, cuttlefish-like enemy found in water stages. Swims smoothly, but will move erratically if it sees the player.
  • A revised Telly, a small security robot that slowly pursues Mega Man.
  • A statue on wheels that appears in Sword Man's stage.
  • A walking wind-up pirate robot that appears in Clown Man's stage. Attacks by colliding into Mega Man. Occasionally swings on trapezes-like cords to throw bombs at him.
  • A small flaying robot that produces a smoke screen to obscure the player's vision. Touching these enemies will not hurt Mega Man.
