The Great Grand Hunt was the greatest of the grand hunts on Diumperial. Shortly before the Great Grand, 90% of all Diumperial tribes gathered at the great village of Paxcallis. Upon arriving at the village, the Diumperial settled down for a short time until the actual hunt. On the day of the hunt, all the Diumperial, men and women, gathered at the center of Paxcallis for the Grand Ceremony. At the ceremony the men were given body paintings and other blessings, as a small number of them would not return. At the full moon's rising, the men would embark for the night, and attempt to slay as many dangerous or not dangerous creatures as they could.
