As the technology developed the ice had a better quality, the two compressors and the ammonia tanks provided sixteen Celsius degree temperature for the ice. Before that, three hundred cubic meter water was necessary to froze with the new innovations that was deducted to ten cubic meter. The townspeople spoke a little with each other, rather they were acted to renew the ice skating rink. For the children there were fifty-five skates to rent in 1968. With a new enlargement the reconstruction made it possible to receive ice hockey teams to manage ice hockey matches. Twenty-two megameters long pipe was built in the Ice Hockey Stadium of Dunaujvaros, the cooling capacity hit the county's biggest ice hockey stadiums in 1968.
