by user 74.116.91.176 Everyone agrees to drop their health insurance. There I said it. Also, stop paying your hospital bills, everyone, just agree to it. Let these HMO companies shrivel up and die. Cut off their flow of cash into your government. The other side of the coin, start taking better care of yourselves. That goes for Canadians too, a lot of us have a weight problem and being fat is a one way ticket to the doctor. Start this revolution at home, worry about your health not how you're going to pay for it. __NOEDITSECTION__

I'm amazed some people would actually think that statement is wrong. Being from Canada I have to say getting sick or hurt isn't something I think about too often. Sure I have thoughts like what if I get cancer or what if I get diabetes, but the idea of money doesn't cross my mind. I never think "I can't get sick, I can't afford to" and I honestly couldn't imagine the burden of that thought. The other side of the coin, start taking better care of yourselves. That goes for Canadians too, a lot of us have a weight problem and being fat is a one way ticket to the doctor. Start this revolution at home, worry about your health not how you're going to pay for it. If you work for an HMO, quit. I mean people at the top too. Just admit you guys had your ride, had some good times, made a good buck, go start other businesses. The benefits of having some kind of health care system for you and your children and your children's children far outweigh any salary you're making at the HMO you work for. Some people will try to turn this in to a political issue, don't listen to them. This isn't political. This is simple stuff. It's time you guys turned this around, make this part of your system reset. Start from the ground up, all of you deserve better, believe me. __NOEDITSECTION__ From The Opinion Wiki, a Wikia wiki.
