Mr. Freeze has frozen and interrogated Gearhead and Tommy Mangles for information on a food and medial storehouse hidden below Gotham. Along the way he enlists the aid of The Ratcatcher who was in pursuit of Robin. Meanwhile, Robin is in search of the same supplies aided by a group of Tim's schoolmates, who have formed a tribe of survivors called the Wolflings based off a popular RPG. Robin is also suffering from hallucinations from an infection he received during a fight with The Ratcatcher's rats.
