Lou Polito is the former director of the City of Pittsburgh Big League Sports program. Begun in 1994 with more than 200 youth participants, he grew the program to more than 10,000 participants in what Pennsylvania Sports and Fitness magazine called; " The nation's largest most comprehensive inner city youth sports program".
