About: Bomb (Final Fantasy II)   Sponge Permalink

An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : 134.155.108.49:8890 associated with source dataset(s)

The Bomb is an enemy from Final Fantasy II. Bombs can be difficult to defeat without triggering their Self-Destruct VII attack. To avoid this attack, the player should attempt a one-hit KO, using a high level Fire or Thunder spell. Oddly, Bombs are weakest against Fire. In most games, casting Fire on a Bomb either does minimal damage or heals it. This could be due in part to its explosive nature; perhaps, using a Fire-elemental spell would ignite it faster. A squad of Bombs guard a treasure chest containing an Ogrekiller on the B3 level of the Mysidia Cave.
