abstract	Dakorse Teep was a male teenager living during the Yuuzhan Vong War who served as a starfighter pilot for Rogue Squadron in 27 ABY. After the New Republic retook the planet Borleias from the Yuuzhan Vong—a species of intergalactic invaders—Teep and Rogue Squadron were stationed in the Republic garrison on the planet. During one of the many attempts by the Yuuzhan Vong to wrest control of Borleias back from the Republic, Teep and the Rogues were ordered to attack one of the Yuuzhan Vong's cruiser analogs. Assigned to Jedi Master Corran Horn's flight, Teep lagged behind as the Rogues left the protection of the Republic base's shields, leaving him vulnerable. Teep narrowly avoided the Yuuzhan Vong cruiser's plasma fire, which went on to hit the base's shields, resulting in a concussion that sent the members of Teep's flight into an out-of-control spin. The other members of the flight regained control of their fighters in time; however, Teep was unable to, and his fighter crashed into the jungle below, exploding in a fireball.
