  • Victor is the minor antagonist who appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He is the argumentative owner of the Thug Tug. He first appears when he notices a bubble which SpongeBob and Patrick blew and his patrons anounce the rules of the bar: All bubble blowing babies will be beaten senseless by every able bodied patron in the bar. He notices SpongeBob and Patrick trying to escape and orders everyone to line up and has his henchman DJ play a stereo playing the "Goofy Goober" theme song. As Victor searches for the baby who blew the bubble, he notices SpongeBob and Patrick trying (and straining themselves) to not sing along, which Victor is extremely suspicious and does to provoke them. However, they were saved when a two-headed patron sings along. They were named the double-baby, which got beaten up and presumed killed while SpongeBob and Patrick escape. The next day, Victor meets his match when Dennis punches him, causing him to hit his bar as they both sank. It is unknown if Victor survived or not.
