Named after a tragic Greek hero, who like Hercules and Perseus is known for killing many mythic creatures, but being destroyed by a married woman who's advances he spurned. This is comical as though the Magus Bellepheron is belligerent and maybe a little brash, he tends to attract women with a vengeful streak.

Bellepheron, however, has come home to Wales help start a new covenant. Though eager to show how successful he can help make this covenant, he feels there are sinister plans afoot. Some secret war is going on that he and his sodales have been thrown into as unwitting pawns. As somewhat of a cynic Bellepheron will find out what's going on.
