Plimpton's body was later used as the ignition point in the warehouse, which also contained several Navy-related documents, to which the file he was personally attending to, a classified file regarding faulty Equinox wiring on board several Navy ships, was stolen, resulting in the involvement of the Baltimore Police Department as well as NCIS.
