- Bill grew up in the small commie town of Canada in the 1950's where he learned how to make all kinds of drugs, bombs and, Weapons of Mass Destruction. He started a little school where he could teach up and comer terrorists like Osama bin Laden the basics of bomb making and how to tie a good knot so it doesn't fall off your chest. But since not many people live in Canada, he knew he would need a bigger audience to give off his Russian spying techniques. So after a while he moved down to The States where he opened many more schools and tought many more up and comers the basics, and now advanced bomb making.
