Lymphoma is a general term for any type of cancer that attacks the lymphatic system. The two most common types of lymphoma are: * Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma; and * Hodgkin's lymphoma, a group of five related lymphoma diseases. The underlying cause, presentation and mechanism of the diseases all differ slightly, but treatment for any type of lymphoma is the same - radiation and chemotherapy.
