In the game, players must make use of both the Wii remote and the nunchuck attachment. The flippers can be controlled via the Z and B buttons on the Nunchuck and Wii remote, respectively.

The pinball tables are reconstructed almost perfectly, with even the minor downpoints being included to stay faithful to the classic games such as Black Knight, Funhouse and Pin*Bot.
