Streaks was a girl with a lekku who was a member of the Anklebiter Brigade, a resistance cell consisting of children that operated in Coruscant's CoCo Town following the Battle of Endor. Streaks and another Anklebiter Iggs accompanied several refugee children of various species to Naboo during the Galactic Civil War. Her parents were in a transport that was attacked past Tanis. Unable to find foster parents, she and Iggs decided to sneak back to Theed and hitch a ride back to Coruscant to continue the struggle against the Galactic Empire. Later, she and her fellow Anklebiters helped rescued Grand Vizier Mas Amedda from house arrest and enabled him to sign the Galactic Concordance with the New Republic, which ended the Galactic Civil War.

Avec les autres orphelins, elle fut ensuite récupérée par la Nouvelle République et amené à Theed, capitale de Naboo, afin d’être adopté. Contrairement à son ami Iggs, Streaks espérait être adopté. Lorsque deux adultes vinrent faire sa connaissance, elle commença à leur raconter son histoire sans remarquer la fugue de son ami.
