Last Hope is a single-player side-scrolling shoot 'em up video game for the Neo Geo AES, Neo Geo CD, and Sega Dreamcast systems. It was developed by German indie developer NG:DEV.TEAM in 2006. While the Neo Geo version was self-published, the Dreamcast version was released by redspotgames in January 2007, as an unlicensed title. The game is highly reminiscent of "old school" epics like R-Type and Gradius, but especially of Pulstar, with its "tactical" gameplay and pre-rendered backgrounds and sprites.

The game has six stages, four difficulty levels, and 360 degree ship rotation for shooting and dodging enemy fire. The Dreamcast version features adjusted difficulty and enhanced clarity due to the reducing of several special effects like explosions and particle effects. It also has better hit response and improved visualization of boss hit zones.
- Last Hope does not have a music video, but an audio version is available on YouTube. It was uploaded on April 16, along with many other Paramore songs. It is currently available on iTunes.
- Hatano Takumi trabajó como médico en el sector privado en la Clínica Hatano que es administrada por su padre, pero se une al Centro Avanzado de Atención Médica ubicado en la Universidad de Teito en el consejo de su padre, descifra las emociones múltiples que acechan a los pacientes y les da esperanza para vivir. Es lo que se podría llamar un profesional en el diagnóstico. Por otro lado, es una persona un poco peculiar que debe tomar un aperitivo a las 3.00 pm y hace las cosas a su ritmo. Tachibana Ayumi es una serena médico de urgencias en el mismo centro y es exactamente lo contrario de Takumi. Parece que hay un secreto en los primeros años de Takumi, pero él no es consciente de ello. Cuando ese secreto es expuesto, ¿qué pasará con Takumi...?!
