| - I grunted and twitched as I lay in my moss and feather bedding. It was a bright and early greenleaf morning, the bright golden sun rays streaking through the entrance and spilling light through the warriors den. My name is Galeshine. I am a silver tabby she-cat with murky but pretty blue eyes. I saw our deputy Berryfoot organising and arranging patrols as usual. Bright green leaves which were as luscious as juicy meat were scattering the soft grass embedded in our camp clearing. Oh, this is ThunderClan camp. My home. My everything. Our deputy is Berryfoot, and he organises patrols every morning. Our leader is Flowerstar, the brown she-cat standing on Highrock over there. I saw my friend Milknose pad towards me. My fluffy ears twitched. Why? Not her. Milknose is my half-sister as well as a friend. She has always been jealous of me ever since apprenticeship. That was all because of the fact I scared a chained dog away, I'll tell you about that later. Milknose's eyes looked very sleepy and I could see the wrinkles lying beneath her bulging green globes. Looks like she didn't get enough sleep. "Galeshine, Berryfoot commands that you go on patrol with Leafstep, Sunnylight, and Hareface to remark the borders." She muttered with that high-pitched voice of hers that made my eardrums sting everytime she spoke. "Okay." I said, bounding over to Leafstep, Sunlight and Hareface. Leafbelly had smoky brown fur with faint black tabby stripes. Her belly looked more plump then usual, and we were okay friends I guess. But we constantly argued over who caught the best prey when we were apprentices. Sunnylight has a thick golden coat with burning amber eyes that immediately bore into your soul as soon as your own eyes meet with hers. She doesn't like me for whatever reason, it seems, but she goes off spreading rumours for the rest of her time. Hareface has a dark brown coat with chocolate eyes to match his fur, with the sharpest of white claws you could ever see. I've always kind of had a crush on him, actually. "Ready to go?" I purred. Sunnylight nodded. "Yep. Let's go. Hurry up, Leafstep, no dragging around." She said. Leafstep just frowned at that phrase and began to walk slowly towards the entrance. Although the entrance is quite thorny, I still love how the bracken drapes over my spine whenever I walk through it. Wish me luck hunting now, I smell rabbit on our path.
