| - Zakk Wylde was born in Anaheim Hills California. When he was 13 years old, he was involved in a house fire that killed his mother, sister, and brother. Later at the Hospital, his father died as well; Making him the lone survivor of the Wylde family. After leaving the hospital, Zakk remained on the streets associating with people such as Sean Jensen to get where he needed, Zakk soon found himself back on the wrestling path.
- Jeffrey Phillip Wielandt (born January 14, 1967), best known by the stage name Zakk Wylde, is an American musician, songwriter, and occasional actor who is best known as the former guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne and founder of the heavy metal band Black Label Society. He was the lead guitarist and vocalist in Pride & Glory, who released one self-titled album in 1994 before disbanding. As a solo artist he released Book of Shadows in 1996. He has also worked as a session musician and made cameos for several other artists and bands.

However, Shake is sure the royalties for the new song will roll in. His logic? Shake mistakenly believes that there are (only) hundreds of birthdays a year. - Zakk Wylde (born Jeffrey Phillip Wielandt in January 14, 1967, in Bayonne, NJ) is the founder of Black Label Society, has released a solo record, and replaced Jake E. Lee as guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne, having been recently discharged from the position. Zakk Wylde also recorded a Guitar Battle specifically for Guitar Hero World Tour.
