In 2006, Sesame Workshop announced that some of its Sesame Street and Plaza SĂ©samo programming would be made available on the V CAST service. Aiming to allow parents to provide "entertainment that is both culturally relevant and educational," clips from both shows are grouped into a series of Learning Moments which cover such topics as letters, numbers, getting ready for school, and other learning concepts. A special "Sesame Favorites" section is dedicated to memorable moments from Sesame Street's 37 years of programming for fans of all ages.
