| - Xanxus is the current leader of the Varia, Vongola Ninth's adopted son, and was the main antagonist of the Varia Arc. During the Varia Arc, he and Tsuna battle for the Sky Vongola Ring and the position of the 10th Vongola Boss. Later, in the Future Arc, he remains the leader of the Varia and leads a raid against the Millefiore, taking their Headquarters. He battles against one of the Fake Funeral Wreaths as well and easily wins, showing that he has grown much stronger in the future.

- Xanxus (ザンザス, Zanzasu), full name Xanxus Black (ザンザス·ブラック, Zanzasu Burakku) is the younger brother of Giotto and Aria Black and the Praetor of the Tenth Legion in Caelum's military. Considered by many to be the brightest mind in all of Caelum, he is the head of Caelum's Military Research Division as well as the protege of its founder and former head, Alaude. One of the few Soul Reapers capable of holding his own against his brother Giotto, he is seen by the Senate as one of the rpime candidates to succeed Giotto as Supreme Commander of Caelum's military. Due to his tactful nature and his great understanding of both Caelum ans Soul Society, he has recently been chosen as Caelum's ambassador to Soul Society to propose an alliance between the two spiritual realms.
- Xanxus (ザンザス, Zanzasu) is a Marine Rear Admiral and the immediate superior of Hawkins D. James. He is currently in charge of the task force responsible for the hunting down the members of the organization known as Jinchūriki.

Da jedoch Iemitsu auf Tsuna als Nachfolger beharrt, entsteht der Ringkrieg. Xanxus kämpft mit zwei Pistolen und benutzt als Munition seinen Todeswillen.
- Xanxus ist der Anführer der Varia und der Adoptivsohn von Vongola IX, Timoteo. Er wird zum ersten Mal in der Varia Arc gezeigt und erhebt Ansprüche auf die Position des Vongola Decimo. So beginnt der Ringkampf zwischen Xanxus' Varia und Tsuna's Familie, welchen Xanxus aber verliert. Xanxus hat Narben überall am Körper, die er von Timoteo während der Craddle Affaire bekommen hat. Wenn er wütend wird, wachsen seine Narben und ziehen sich über seinen ganzen Körper. Es wird gesagt, dass allein Xanxus' Anwesenheit Angst in die Herzen der Anwesenden bringt. - Xanxus was born and spent his early childhood in an impoverished region of Italy with only his mentally ill mother to care for him. His mother discovered his Flame of Wrath when he was very young and brought him to the Vongola Ninth. When she and Xanxus confronted the 9th and Xanxus demonstrated the Flame of Wrath, the 9th accepted Xanxus and placed his scarf around the boy, agreeing that Xanxus was indeed his son even though he had never seen the woman or her son before.
