Next Generation MMA Liverpool was founded in 2002 by Paul Rimmer, Next Generation was the first MMA gym to open its doors in Liverpool. The gym teaches students a variety of martial arts including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, Muay Thai and Judo, as well as more traditional fighting methods such as Boxing and Wrestling. Next Generation MMA Liverpool also played a major part in the careers of current UFC fighters Terry Etim and Paul Sass, as well as UFC veteran Jason Tan.
