It has 33 two-bedroom flats grouped four per floor. There were stores on the ground floor and communal clothes drying facilities on the top floor. All living rooms and south facing kitchens were provided with a balcony. The frame is of a dark exposed aggregate to contrast with the biscuit coloured brick of the side walls and the light mosaic spandrel panels. The balconies have slightly curved stove enamelled fronts.
