Edward Collingwood Andrews (17 April 1862 - 7 October 1838) was a physician and local politician. The son of James Andrews, a surgeon, he was born in Camden Town. He was educated at the University of Cambridge and the University of London, graduating BSc in 1882, BA in 1884, MA in 1887, MB and BC in 1886 and MD in 1893. He did his medical training at Guy's Hospital, and was admitted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1885. He was a member of Hampstead Borough Council, and was Mayor of Hampstead from 1926-28.

He moved to Hampstead, holding posts as surgeon at Hampstead General Hospital, resident obstetrician at Guy's Hospital, physician at Queen Mary's Maternity Home, consulting physician to University College School and consulting medical officer to the Children's Home Hospital, Barnet. He was a member of Hampstead Borough Council, and was Mayor of Hampstead from 1926-28.
