After a long battle, the Sith were driven from the planet, however, the damage to the planet caused by the battle displeased the natives and in order to please them and avoid more unnecessary damage to the planet, the Jedi agreed to leave the planet. However, the Jedi temple remained and as a result of the battle that had occurred there, it became a powerful Force Nexus, which could imbue the power of The Force to anyone who remained in the
