- Jour du Canada. Canada Day is on July 1st of every year. It celebrates the "birthday" of the Canadian Confederation in 1867 with the 4 founding provinces. Not very popular in Quebec, which puts more energy into celebratiing its own "national" day, June 24th, day of John the Baptist and the old day of the Summer Solstice. (St.-Jean-Baptiste) 2016 was Canada's 149th birthday/anniversaire.
- Canada day, a day when canadians join together to mourn how unamerican they are.
