Piper Lisa Perabo (born October 31, 1976) is an American stage, film and television actress who played Rachel Ashe Lynn in the 2008 Disney family comedy film, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Violet Sanford in Coyote Ugly, and Julia McCullough in the 2006 Touchstone Pictures film, The Prestige. She plays Julia George in the ABC TV show Notorious.
