If you don't want to give any EXP to guest units then pull back and to the bottom and just stall by evading. (But make sure you protect Amuro and the White Base.) Have your team destroy the Dolos as fast as possible. Afterwards, Johnny Ridden will appear on the map layer of the one you destroyed. The turn after that, the map layers will connect into one, with your team at the top and the guest units at the bottom, so prepare by positioning your units accordingly. At this point get your team down to the enemies as fast as possible to take out the rest of them. If you let Amuro destroy the Zeong then they, Kai, Hayato, and the White Base will all retreat and change to new map layers on the next turn. This is a good way to acquire more Haro points, but if you're just aiming to clear the stage as fast as possible then avoid letting Amuro defeat Char.
