  • Sulien was the firstborn child of Karan Fyrn and Llian. Sulien was promised to Rulken by Maigraith, however, Karan would not allow Maigraith to shape Sulien's life as hers had been. Maigraith later attempted to undermine Karan by kidnapping Sulien when she was just thirteen. However, Karan succeeded in rescuing her daughter, before going on the run for a year. Afterwards she hid herself and the rest of her family away in Shazmak. Karan made it appear that the trauma inflicted on her by Maigraith caused her to become unhinged and that she had killed her entire family, followed by herself, by throwing them into the River Garr. However, Karan had actually created a time portal and hid her family two hundred and ten years in the future to escape her former friend.
