After the Klingon massacre of Lursen Prime, an Andorian family of ambassadors built a new life there and were the primary Andorian ambassadorial presence in that sector. However it was the target of another massacre by unknown forces in the late 23rd century, which left no survivors. The USS Sentinel gave the first reports. Cadet Vanda M'Giia, believed the massacre was staged by Klingons. (TOS novelization: Starfleet Academy)
