Dave Morrow (Born May 4, 1957, in Edmonton, Alberta) is a retired hockey defenceman. He was drafted 56th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft and 18th overall by the Cincinnati Stingers in the 1977 WHA Amateur Draft. He went on to play 10 games in the World Hockey Association with the Indianapolis Racers in 1978-79, scoring 2 goals and 10 assists.
