The Space Pirate stormed the vessel, and after killing all the crew members, they stole Aurora 313. During the events of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Samus flies to the Klar Nebula to find the G.F.S. Valhalla and obtains the Leviathan Command Codes from the Boarding Pod that had struck the ship.

Organic or inorganic, the view of this nebula from inside the derelict Valhalla is quite eerie.
