| - The episode starts at a great distance away from the DarkGod base, where Daedathron and Marnitac are observing the reconstruction efforts and the latest developments with Neotaro and Barodius' group. Marnitac puts down his binoculars and says whatever is going on with that group, it doesn’t look promising as Daedathron says agreed but we have bigger problems. Daedathron says according to my sources, Venleon and Subleon might be arousing suspicion amongst their respective BakuGods and their Bakugan; we need to get Tornador and Trianic back quickly or else the plan is foiled. Marnitac says but we have no way to get in contact with Master Fujoe but then, Daedathron then says Zarodius, comes in as Zarodius says I'm here - what's the situation. Daedathron says we need to get a message to Master Fujoe quickly and quietly - do you have any suggestions as Zarodius says as a matter of fact, I may have a solution to that – send the one known as Masquerade – he has one of the Amulet Guardians as a Bakugan and may know the way to Fujoe. Daedathron says very well, find and instruct him on what he is to do as Zarodius says yes sir and after it cuts off, Daedathron says while we still have the advantage. The scene now shifts to another part in the afterlife and more specifically, the Forest Mistlands where a series of blasts are being fired everywhere. Zakaros, in his makeshift Ultimate Form, is dodging blasts from the Attribute Masters, Tornador and Trianic with Blakai watching from the top of a tree. Blakai is worried as Bone Skuls says don’t worry, he’ll be okay as Blakai says I know but still, he’s been training non-stop – I just hope he doesn’t over strain himself as Gezard says don't worry - he's learning to conserve his energy more. Meanwhile, Kachia Gell pops up and says if Master would use Gell in fight, Master would win every time as Ganoreda says much as I respect your strength and power, Gell - this is the way things need to be done. Back at the fight, Pyraxx then says Vortex Volcano as he creates a vortex, fires it in the ground and it starts spewing fire pillars everywhere Zakaros goes. However, Zakaros is able to say Pyrus Defense and manages to not only withstand the lava but to break them all with his staff. Tornador then appears and says Icenado as she creates an ice form tornado at Zakaros. But like before, Zakaros counters it with a Ventus ability and manages to neutralize it. Tornador says the MasterGod is certainly improving as then, Zakaros says my turn to go on the offensive but as he tries to use an ability with his staff, a water whip grabs his staff arm. He says what the as then, more water whips grab his legs and other arm as it shows Laqua is keeping him restrained in mid air. At that moment, Darkor appears from the shadows in front of Zakaros and says Fists of Fury as he starts punching Zakaros’ chest like crazy but stops after a few minutes. He backs away and says you lose again but Zakaros smiles slyly and yes I don’t think so as then, his chest crumbles away, revealing a Subterra shield ability he used to defend himself. Meanwhile, Dive Fujoe is watching this and says he is certainly learning fast and yet, I wonder as Zakaros then says Lightning Stingers and lightning bolts appear from the sky, shocking Darkor and Laqua’s liquid form, letting Zakaros go. Zakaros backs away and takes a few deep breaths as Laqua and the other Masters recover and prepare to strike again. However, at the moment, a large slap of a tail is heard as Dive Fujoe says enough – that is enough training for now. Zakaros then breaks the Ultimate Form and falls down back first in exhaustion as Garyu says that certainly was strenuous on us with Horus saying it was, even Dive Fujoe’s advanced training was nothing compared to that. Blakai hurries over to check on Zakaros while Dive Fujoe rises up and starts walking towards Zakaros, saying along the way you did well Masters, especially you two – gesturing towards Trianic and Tornador. Tornador says thank you, my lord as Trianic says we are only doing our part to stop the inevitable. Fujoe says maybe but you are doing more than that and it is greatly appreciated as he arrives at Zakaros, who is lying down on the ground breathing hard while Blakai checks up on him and trying to get him up. Fujoe just looks down and says get back little one as Blakai says okay. Fujoe then takes the amulet off of Zakaros' chest with this claw and then, he breathes water on Zakaros, waking him up instantly. Zakaros says while all wet what was that for as Fujoe says you needed to wake up – training begins again in 30 minutes. Zakaros sighs and says oh job as he just lays back down as Master Fujoe turns around to go sit on his stand. As he walks back, the Masters return to their BakuGod forms as Hatoro says Master Fujoe – we have been training Zakaros nonstop – at this rate, he will be too exhausted to continue and therefore, his abilties won't strengthen - they will weaken. Fujoe then puts the amulet back into its protective bubble and says I know that already; are you questioning my training methods as Hatoro says not at all, my lord as Fujoe says I’m having to train him harder to further the elements and various forms but I fear that even with Tornador and Trianic’s extensive knowledge of their respective elements, they don’t know the full extent of training Zakaros effectively. Darkor asks what do you mean Master as Fujoe says when he used that Subterra shield to defend against your Fists of Fury - the shield crumbled away instantly; that should not have been the case at this point in the training. Also, I have been noticing a lack in his Ventus abilities as well although it is progressing slightly farther than the Subterra attributed abilities. Tornador and Trianic then appear as Tornador says we are sorry if we aren't doing our duties effectively Master as Trianic says yes, our apologizes but Fujoe says there is no need to apologize but still, I wonder what to do in this time of desparation. Just then a voice says then, can I assist as he looks and sees that Venzana is the one who spoke. She says Master Fujoe, I may have sided with my brother but I never intended to betray the MasterGod in any way – I cannot speak for my brother but will you give me another chance and I promise you, I will not betray or question of the successor again. Zakaros overheard this and says to himself that she geniunely meansit but Fujoe doesn’t say anything as Submarik just looks and says nothing as Fujoe says quit the vow of silence – it isn’t helping your case. Submarik says I don’t need to explain myself further and I now refuse to train a trickster but I will say this, he isn’t progressing as far as we would have trained him. At that moment, a rustling is heard in the nearby forests as Fujoe listens and says ah, he has arrived. Fujoe turns back to Submarik and says you are correct Submarik. and that is why I asked somebody special to come assist in this predicament as then, a rustling of leaves is heard in the trees as in the dark areas, a running shadow is seen. Everybody is watching in interest as then, something leaps out of the air and flies over them all. The figure then lands, revealing a Subterra colored tiger Bakugan with stripes and lightning streaks/bolts on certain parts of his body. He turns to face the group and says hello, I do apologize for being late. The scene now shifts back to New Vestroia, where the Bakugan are still pouring in from different directions as the Brawler’s Bakugan are still redirecting traffic. Preyas says don’t worry, everybody move in orderly fashion but then, he yells in fright as he gets trampled by a group running towards the Gate. After they leave and Preyas has footprints all over him on the ground, Elfin and Amazon look over as Elfin says you do know that never works right as Amazon says yeah, I’m going to great with her on that one Sensei. At another part, Aerogan is jumping up and down and says while jumping more are still coming but it looks like we are almost finished as Tigrerra says excellent, keep up the jumping as Aerogan sighs and says guess that's all I'm good for - a pogo stick. Back at another part and closer to the Gate, Drago is observing the situation as Wistorn flies down and says so Drago, how goes the gathering as he lands softly. Drago says in a happy tone very good in fact but we still have two days before Calthor arrives as Wistorn says that’s good to hear but then, he grabs his chest in a bit of pain but not as bad as before. Drago however, notices and asks if he is all right as Wistorn says while breathing heavily I’m all right – it’s just a condition I have; I’ll leave you to your duties as he flies back with Drago wondering what was going on with that. At that moment, a voice calls out Drago’s name and it’s Lindsata who flies down with Blan Shoult. Drago asks what’s up as Lindsata says I think you might want to come with me – the Mechtogan are refusing to come through the portal to Earth. Drago is shocked as he asks in surprise why as Lindsata says they wish to tell you in person – come with me as she flies up. Drago says hey, Skyress, Helios – can you handle things here as Helios says no problem – you better get those tin cans to come here. Drago says all right as he flies with Lindsata and they to the west where all the Mechtogan are gathering and Jaakor and Taylean are waiting for them. Hawktor is trying to talk to them but the Mechtogan don't seem to be interesting as Drago lands and asks what is going on. Jaakor says good to see you Drago - we need you to talk to them. Taylean says they wish to protect New Vestroia until all the Bakugan are off, even if it means their lives are destroyed in the process. Shoult says a noble goal but an unwise one at this point as Drago says Hawktor, let me talk to them as Hawktor says all right Drago - I was getting tired there as he chuckles a bit. Drago says you and everybody else head back towards the Gate - Lindsata and I can handle this as everybody flies back to the Gate. Drago then flies up to eye level with the Mechtogan and asks why they aren't coming to Earth where it is safe. Flytris then says Drago, we do not question your decision and we support your evacuation for the Bakugan. Swift Sweep then says but we want to protect New Vestroia long enough until the Bakugan are all away and so, we will stay and defend it. Vexfist says what he is talking about is not all the Bakugan are evacuated yet and we know the Gate cannot sustain itself for much longer so we want to buy you time until everybody is safe as Lindsata is thinking about Leonwulf who has already refused to leave his post. Drago says but why - we could use you on Earth for the coming fight now as Silent Strike says we understand and if any of us survive the encounter with whoever this destroyer is, then we will join up with the rest of you on Earth but for now, we will do what we feel is right. Lindsata says I understand but the Gate will soon run out of power and if it and the planet or destroyed, you will have to fly the rest of the way. Accelerak says then that is what we have to do as Dragonoid Destroyer then says Drago, I know that you care for us but I believe I speak for each one of us. He continues by saying that we are very few in number and may not contribute much to this fight but we do believe that by buying you and the other Bakugan time to escape; it is the least we can do for all the kindness and fairness you have shown us. Lindsata sheds a tear and says you really are honorable like your ancestors - I hope that you all survive this encounter as Slynix says don't worry we will. Just then, Ingram appears in a flash and says Drago, you have to come back quickly as Drago says what is wrong - is it the Gate. Ingram says no, even though it is starting to lose energy but it's Wistorn - he has collapsed as Lindsata says oh no. Drago says let's go then as he turns to the Mechtogan and says thank you - you are loyal friends and companions to the end as Thorak salutes and says see you on Earth as Drago, Ingram and Lindsata fly back towards the Gate while the Mechtogan split up and head into the sky to defend New Vestroia in the near future. The scene now shifts back to the afterlife and back to the Mistlands as everybody is in amazement, except Submarik who knows who this Bakugan is, at who this Bakugan is and whether it’s a friend or foe. Fujoe says don’t worry friends and students – he is a personal friend of mine that I asked to come here as the Bakugan walks towards Fujoe with a smile. He says good to see you again Fujoe as he hits him on the back of the head with his paw. Fujoe gets annoyed and says hey, what did you do that for Jiba as the Bakugan says oh, lighten up Fujoe. Everybody has kind of a confused look as Fujoe says I almost wish I didn’t ask him to come but I didn't think I had a choice as the Bakugan says come on now - that's not a proper greeting. Just then, the tiger Bakugan notices everybody looking at him and says oh, my apologizes – my name is Jiba Fudou; it’s nice to meet you all as he does a bowing gesture. Everybody says hello there as Submarik looks away as the Bakugan, now known as Jiba Fudou, notices. Fudou says tell me Fujoe, why is Submarik over there as he gestures his right paw towards the cage. Fujoe explains the situation briefly as Fudou has his eyes close and is pondering in thought as he says I see – not that I’m surprised since his huge pride was always something of a problem as Submarik turn strongly and yells out I don’t have a pride problem. Fudou says sure you don’t as Submarik gets embarrassed and turns back around as Venzana thinks to herself you know, he really does have a pride problem as everybody laughs a bit. Zakaros then walks forward and says excuse me, MssterFudou but did you really train Submarik. Fudou lies down to get to eye level as he says I did and please, skip the formalities - just call me Jiba; I'm not big on titles or fancy names and speaking of which, you are quite the young BakuGod – what’s your name. Zakaros says his name as Fudou so Fujoe, this is the last successor, am I right with Fujoe back in composure and saying he is. Fudou looks around and says quite interesting – it’s been a while since I’ve seen a non pure BakuGod. Zakaros starts to feel down and says I suppose you’ll criticize me too but Fudou is kind of surprised and says why would I say that. Zakaros is surprised and says my master is also not a pure BakuGod so I can respect you whatever the case and I’m not one to judge people of any type - I only care about the personality and abilities of whoever I meet. Fujoe says Jiba, that information about our master is not relevant right now as Fudou says why not, haven’t you told him yet you sneak. Zakaros is confused as he asks what do you mean – who is your master as Fujoe says trust me Jiba, the master does not wish us to reveal herself until the time is right. Zakaros says oh, it's a she isn't it as Fujoe says now look what you made me do Jiba as Fudou slaps him on the head again and says you said it, not me but fine, fine – I’ll keep my fangs shut but anyway, you asked me for help – I can assume the Subterra training is progressing slower than expected. Zakaros then says what a minute, before we get into that - I want to know who your Master is as Fujoe says patience - she wishes to talk with you when she deems it ready and has told both of us not to tell you yet for several reasons. Fujoe says now, back to the matter at hand Jiba, unfortunately it is due to the circumstances we have pressing that I already indicated on my message to you about the mortal world. Fudou says how many barriers are left as Fujoe says my sources indicate there are only two left but one of them may be destroyed shortly so it is imperative we speed up the training as soon as possible. Fudou then says very well, first things first Zakaros as he looks at him – you get the rest of the day off. Zakaros is surprised as he says really as Fujoe says what are you doing – didn't I just say we have time constraints but Fudou slaps him on the head again and says I can do this all day with you, now, do you want my help and my fangs shut or not as Fujoe rubs his head and says very well, my students will make sure to not disturb you or your training but Fudou says actually, keep around – I also want to work on the transformations as well. Fujoe takes an interest and says very well but don’t make it too easy on him – we have time constraints on us, not to mention the DarkGods and HighGods to content with. Fudou says yes, yes I understand about the War - both sides are foolish. but also, I may request Submarik and Venzana as well. Fujoe says preposterous – they must be tried for the actions they have committed as Fudou hits him again. Fudou says right now – formalities aren’t a priority and I’m not suggesting they get their powers back but this training will also be good for them as well. Venzana overhears this and says thank you Master Fudou – you will not regret it. Fudou says please, just call me Jiba - like I said before, I don't like titles or fancy names. Venzana says of course, I apologize as Fudou says now then, running to get here as made me hungry, what have you got for food here as he goes to the temple. Fujoe says wait, don't go in there as he changes after him as Blakai says I guess things just got a bit more interesting here. The scene now shifts to nighttime in the Mistlands where everybody is gathered around a fire and telling stories while Blakai is putting some bandages on Zakaros as Blakai says boy, they hit you harder than you can heal. Zakaros has a smile on his face and says don’t worry, they will heal up in time for tomorrow as Blakai says yeah but we don’t want you to go hurting against my Dad, you know. Gell then pops up on Zakaros' shoulder and says Master, you should use Gell in battle - Gell win battles for you forever as Zakaros I appreciate the thought greatly Gell but I need to train on my own and remember the agreement - I only use you in serious battle remember. Gell says Gell remember but Gell getting tired of not fighting. Zakaros then looks around and sees that Jiba Fudou is nowhere nearby and says hey, Master Fujoe, where is Jiba. Fujoe says while eating Jiba is off doing whatever he wants but I have a feeling I know where he is. Meanwhile, Submarik and Venzana are by themselves in their prison as Venzana says I don’t know why you are not understanding of the situation – I may be here with you but I understand what we did was wrong. Submarik doesn’t say anything as Venzana says if we weren’t separated then I will do what Master Fudou did to Master Fujoe and swipe you on the head for ignoring me. Just then, a voice says I thought I told you to just call me Jiba – I don’t like fancy titles as it shows Jiba Fudou is lying down next to the two of them. Venzana says oh, I’m sorry – I didn’t mean any disrespect. Fudou says none taken but to be fair, I wanted to hear what happened in that city called Avagan – communication in where I live here in the afterlife is very scarce so I don’t keep up with current events much. Submarik doesn’t say anything but then, Fudou holds out his right paw and claws come out. He says very softly Static Nail as electricity comes out and shocks Submarik as Submarik gets mad and says loudly what did you do that for. Fudou chuckles and says so, you can talk still as Submarik settles down immediately and says I don’t wish to discuss it but Fudou says I insist because it doesn’t look good that two of the Attribute Masters are behind bars when the world is in danger. So, tell me what happened – you have my full attention as he raises his tiger ears. Submarik and Venzana then explain the whole situation of what happened during the fight with Barodius' group and Dan's return and how they came to be imprisoned and powerless. After it is finished, Fudou says I see - quite a tale to say the least. Submarik says now you see that we were tricked and manipulated and I don't appreciate that, especially in this situation. Fudou then says Static Nail again and shocks Submarik again and says unfortunately, you did make the wrong decision and please put your pride aside and learn some humility for once. Submarik says you're against me as well; I did what I thought was right and I haven't forgotten all the times you used to shock me either. Fudou sighs and says Submarik, do you remember the first lesson I taught you when you were younger as Submarik says all too well - "Life is a test" right. Fudou says exactly and the tests presented to all of us don't always come in a physical form or a vocal form - it comes from many different situations and the destinines that intertwine. From what I understand, that situation and battle were a test and it showed unfortunately that you valued your pride and beliefs over the loyalty to the successor. He then says and Venzana, while I believe that you wanted to support your brother - you were tested as well and you also failed to pass. Fudou then says but what is different between Fujoe and myself is I believe in 2nd chances and maybe, another test will arise and you will make the correct decision rather than another wrong one. Submarik looks in surprise and says is that why you want us to assist in the training again as Fudou says maybe it is, maybe it isn't but I do know this; all can be forgiven and restored if one does what is right. Fudou then walks away and back to the others as Submarik and Venzana start to think about what he said. Soon, the screen now shifts to the next morning where Zakaros is standing in front of Fudou with Fujoe and the others watching. Fudou says all right, first things first - I need to see where you are in Subterra ability - stick your arm into the ground all the way to your shoulder. Zakaros says if you say so as he does so with force while Fudou says now, concentrate on creating an armored shell around that whole arm. Submarik is watching and says to himself this is how I was tested before and after a few minutes, Fudou says now, pull it out slowly. Zakaros pulls his arm out and he has an armored shell around his arm but it is only covering a little less than half the armor, stopping at the lower part of his elbow. Fudou says I see as then, the armor crumbles away and Fudou says let me explain what this means as he uses his claw and places a mark on Zakaros' arm. He says I test Subterra ability based on how far the armor travels one's arm - at a beginner's stage, it can only cover the hand and wrist but since it is almost at the halfway point of your arm, you have progressed farther than expected. Fudou says we will now test you as he says Submarik and Venzana, come forth. They are then both released and are brought forth and Fudou says Zakaros, your first training exercise will pit you against Submarik's and Venzana's Bakugan forms as Fudou gives some power back to him. Submarik is shocked by this and says you wish us to fight the successor as Zakaros is also objecting but Fudou says Submarik, consider this another test for you both as Fudou says now, begin. Zakaros says I wish you both luck - I won't hold back as Submarik says neither will we as they stare each other down. The scene now shifts back to the Avagan base where Masquerade and Borg Mahisas are training as he says “Ability Activate – Poison Spiral!” as Mahisas hits some large training dummies. Mahisas says that certainly felt good as he returns to ball form and Masquerade grabs him. Masquerade says we can’t slack but yeah, that went well as then, a clapping is heard and it is shown Zarodius is clapping as he walks forward with a packet. He says well done, you are quite the Darkus Brawler – you remind me much of my son in terms of his Darkus brawling skills, minus his lust for power and attitude. Masquerade says thanks but judging by what you are holding, you need help right as Zarodius says yes, I need you to take this message to Dive Fujoe immediately – Daedathron believes since you have one of the Amulet Guardians with you, you can find him easier than we can but you’ll have to travel alone to avoid arousing suspicion from prying enemy eyes. Mahisas says an adventure into the dark and mysterious unknown – sounds fun as Masquerade smiles and says let’s get moving. (End of episode)
