At an unknown time this structure was retrieved by the Rakata Infinite Empire who required a power-source for their final Star Forge space station: the Creation Harvester, a device capable of Terraforming a planet or ripping all life from a planet effectively killing all upon it with a single shot of its mighty cannon, as a side-effect of its design the Creation Harvester's main cannon had the capacity to fire a superlaser in any direction while standing in an unmoving position or fire into Hyperspace at moving targets and as a testimony to the Fortress's power the Creation Harvester required a massive amount of energy to function.

| - At an unknown time this structure was retrieved by the Rakata Infinite Empire who required a power-source for their final Star Forge space station: the Creation Harvester, a device capable of Terraforming a planet or ripping all life from a planet effectively killing all upon it with a single shot of its mighty cannon, as a side-effect of its design the Creation Harvester's main cannon had the capacity to fire a superlaser in any direction while standing in an unmoving position or fire into Hyperspace at moving targets and as a testimony to the Fortress's power the Creation Harvester required a massive amount of energy to function. Pandora Fortress's main reactor was later used to inspire a failed knockoff that became known as the Force Harvester and would be used to assimilate the Force as a power source, the main reactor assimilated a small amount of Dark side energy and manipulated it at a near infinite number making its power generation all but incalculable by modern science, the amount of Dark side energy generated was so immense that usage had saturated the entire Fortress and the Creation Harvester in the Dark side that it could tempt even a non-Force sensitive person and make them into a Darksider. At some point before or after 1,000 BBY, this Fortress and the Creation Harvester had fallen into the hands of Vitiate and his Sphere of the Emperor's Will which they heavily researched into and adapted the Fortress as a mobile Headquarters, updating the Royal Chambers that had been created by the Rakata from being The Ones's chambers into the Inner Sanctum of his power base and where his throne room on the station would be located. Incidentally, it seemed that a Rakata Holocron did detail the Fortress as data from the Holocron was used to inspire Exar Kun in the creation of the Force Harvester, and to interest Darth Sidious enough to attempt to create his own mobile Fortresses: the Death Stars.
