The Revolutionary Council (Brmek: ﭖﻑﺱﺕيوﮒٵﺩه ﺏﻝﺕﻡويٵﺩ tr. Pvstjogadé Bltmojad) is the highest elected body of the Unionist Revolutionary Council and is elected by the Party Commission every four years. The Revolutionary Council is based around the idea of democratic centralism, an idea borrowed from the Metzist and adopted into the ideology of the party. Technically, according to the principles of democratic centralism the Revolutionary Council is responsible to the party commission but the Revolutionary Council is the senior leadership of the party and the party commission seldom lodges protest against the Revolutionary Council's decisions.

The Revolutionary Council is made up of 4 State Commissions. They are: State Foreign Affairs Commission, State Defense and Internal Affairs Commission, State Economic Planning Commission and the State Culture Commission. These commissions are responsible for vast areas of the government and nation, each respective member is a de facto candidate for the respective ministerial post in government. According to the ideology of the Krsyjogadnrkta, the entities within the Krsyjogadnrkta would be known as states, hence where the use of the "state" comes in.
