  • The Cwejen were clones of Chris Cwej created by the Time Lords for "military matters". The Cwejen did not retain the conscious memories of their progenitor, but they were affected by his memories on an unconscious level. Some of the Cwejen went mad and began secretly worshiping a figure they called "the pale god" or "Mister Seven". Several Cwejen aided the Time Lord Straxus on a mission to 19th century Earth. One of these, who adopted the name Septimus from a human, began committing strange crimes themed with the number seven in an attempt to draw the attention of "Mister Seven".
