It was first published in 1886 in the United States as a family magazine, was later transformed into a literary magazine and eventually became a women's magazine in the late 1960s. Published by Hearst Magazines, Cosmopolitan has 64 international editions, is printed in 35 languages and is distributed in more than 100 countries.

- Cosmopolitan (początkowo pod nazwą Hines Tower, potem Twarda Tower) – wieżowiec mieszkalny, położony w Śródmieściu na Grzybowie, przy ul. Twardej 2/4. Początkowo w tym miejscu znajdował się powojenny, jednopiętrowy budynek administracyjny, który rozebrano około 2009 roku w związku z przygotowaniami do rozpoczęcia inwestycji – prace przygotowawcze i konstrukcyjne rozpoczęto już w 2010 roku, w ciągu roku wybudowano pięciokondygnacyjny parking podziemny i następnie rozpoczęto prace ponad poziomem gruntu. Kamień węgielny wmurowano 13 października 2011 roku w obecności prezydent Hanny Gronkiewicz-Waltz. Budynek stopniowo rósł przez cały 2012 roku, zaś w 23 stycznia 2013 roku na jego szczycie zawieszono wiechę.

Pozwolenie na użytkowanie budynku wydano w połowie grudnia 2013 roku, pierwsze mieszkania mają zostać oddane do użytku w pierwszym kwartale 2014 roku. Wieżowiec powstał w bliskim sąsiedztwie pl. Grzybowskiego, składa się z czterokondygnacyjnego podium złożonego z dwóch budynków połączonych szklanym dachem nad wewnętrznym placykiem, ponad podium znalazło się wcięcie, nadające budynkowi wizualnej lekkości, oraz 160-metrowa wieża mieszkalna o wysokości 44 kondygnacji. W środku znajdują się 252 apartamenty.
