Richard Kyes "Rik" Bonness (born March 20, 1954) is a former American football linebacker for four seasons in the NFL for the Oakland Raiders and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bonness played high school football in Nebraska at Bellevue High School in Bellevue, a suburb south of Omaha. He graduated from high school in 1972 and then played college football at Nebraska, where he was a center on the offensive line. In his senior season of 1975 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team, Bonness was a consensus All-American.
