Blair Barnes (born September 21, 1960) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played in one National Hockey League game for the Los Angeles Kings during the 1982–83 NHL season. He played junior hockey for the Windsor Spitfires from 1977 to 1980, scoring 130 points in only 66 games in 1979-80. The Edmonton Oilers chose him 126th overall in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft. The Oilers left him on their farm team Wichita Wind for two seasons, then traded in him in 1982 to the Los Angeles Kings for Paul Mulvey.

The Kings called him up for his only NHL game in 1982-83 but he played most of that season with the New Haven Nighthawks. After playing for the Nova Scotia Voyageurs in 1983-84 Barnes retired.
