Scrolls of increase melee accuracy are Scrolls that, when read, improve an item's to-hit (fails more often with better items). Cursed scrolls decrease it instead. Blessed scrolls work at already higher values, and give higher benefit at lower values. They have no hard cap.

Desirability
| - They are quite useful if the player relies on a non-artifact melee weapon that does not normally have a high to-hit bonus, or none at all, such as standard issue one-handed eternium-made weaponry, and importantly phase daggers. Due to the lack of a limit, they are also desirable to archmages; weapons better than the Trident can certainly be made this way.
